Kwik Kar Automotive Repair & Service Center on Lakeline

This place is a wonderful quick car maintenance service. Went about a month ago to get a full liquid service for a road trip oil/coolant/transmission service. They took care of me and kept me updated. Went there again to get an oil change last week and it was quick and easy. Even though they were slightly busy they were still able to make time for my vehicle. Didn't even have to wait long either. Employees there are wonderful especially Eric! I Would highly recommend!

This place used to be so friendly and clean. WHAT HAPPENED??!! The bathroom was so gross! The atmosphere was so blase at best. I had to go back twice for windshield wipers because the first ones flew off. They didn’t refill my windshield wiper fluid during my oil change and when I went back for my wipers they said that should have been done. Hopefully, the service improves because I’ve referred many people to this place.

This is the worst Mechanic shop I’ve ever visited. Car check engine light was on. I payed $631.11 for it to be fixed. They infact never fixed it even after I took it back a second time. Not even the gas cap I payed an extra $35 to replace. Yet wouldn’t return my money. I have spent more than $1000 on a $631 problem. Totally totally disappointed !!!

The tech that is taking care of me with my 2 hour wait is insisting that I buy all new tires. He is not giving me an option of taking the spare off the back of my car it is a Wrangler. This guys name was Jake. Jake was very rude I felt so bad that he treated me like that in front of other customers and employees. Very rude I was in this location for 3 hours because they were on break which I did not mind. The only thing I can think of is the fact that I am a black female. I mean I own a jeep and it has a spare on the back of the are you trying to force me into o get new tires. Very unprofessional. As for the assistant manager he was very polish and helpful.

At first I did you there a few time because I was having car trouble and it was no longer working. They were helpful and informative so I started going there for my oil changes. After my first Oil change whoever did the service did not properly put my skid plate on so it was sliding on the ground, so much so when I was able to bring it back later that day it needed to be replaced. I didn't mind since they said they would put a new one on. But I paid $45 to get a new one. Then I went again for another oil change and tire rotation.
